I am totally struggling to counter the smug right wing talking point saying "Abortion isn't mentioned in the Constitution, so the Federal government was violating the Constitution by having Roe v Wade at all." Aren't there basic human rights that should exist nationally without needing to be mentioned in the Constitution?
