Trump has managed to survive multiple scandals, his ill thought out and crassly stupid comments and illegal actions which would have toppled any other public figure while so far escaping the virus - despite making little effort to wear a mask or avoid close contact with others. I'm afraid to say that the more religious side of his base will see this as 'proof' that the LORD is shielding Trump, who they believe to be a divine instrument of heavenly writ on Earth.
